Grateful: Can't but be...
The things we take for granted! Just last Friday, I came back from Istanbul, Turkey.( Beautiful, historical, crowded and never sleeping city by the way!)
It was a trip with a stop over ar Munich, and the trip there was with astop at Frankfurt. That's 4 plane flights. What a month September has been for me. It started with a trip for training in London from 5 -6. (2 flights). A trip to Windsor, Canada via Detriot, MI for my sisters renewal of vows after 10 years of wedlock from 15- 20 (4 flights) And then a trip with my daughter to London, working on school issues (2 flights. Grand total Drum roll!
12 times in the plane and live to tell the tale. Yea, food was mostly not much to talk about, stewards/esses not always polite BUT come to think of all the terrible things you hear off in the news and read about of crashes, accidents and we can be grateful for God's protection and keeping. Through the storms, turbulences we emerge and acknowledge his greatness.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for you are with me; your rod and your staff they comfort me.
