Shop around!

In the early days of my working career, I was a computer sales person and pretty farmiliar with PCs and the business. Was in London and had a work laptop with me. To avoid milk spilling on it I move it aside suddenly and presed a few keys in the process and ended up with my windows display turned updside down. For the life of me I'd either forgotten or don't know how to move the windows interface around. So, I walked to close by shopping centre. (Stratford) and came across a section that had PC accesrories, repairs et.c I knew that there was no problem with my PC and I just needed the write commands! I asked the first shop, could you pls do me a favour, I mistakenly switched my screen. Sure, he proffered, go to the next stall and my colleague will do it. Colleague comes, how can I help you. I explained, he wasn't sure. he asked another colleague who was looking too busy for his own good! He offered .. my windows was damaged. We need to install software. Damage £15 .. Fifteen pounds! I politely declined. It was my work PC and I didn't want people messing around. I walked on further and saw another shop. He asked of me, if I needed anything. Eventually, I explained my palava. We started the laptop and not only did he solve the problem in a second, but explained to me how and that it was just a feature!!! I thanked hime profusely and thank God for how I saved £15 and my PC being unnecessarily messed up or being personnally ripped off. Shop around.
